Instant Meals
Millet noodles, khichdi and upma mixes — boiled or steamed, never deep-fried.
Our instant meals range — ragi, mixed-millet and moringa millet noodles, soya khichdi mix and multi-millet upma mix — swaps the usual maida noodle cake and MSG tastemaker for millet-based grains and a real vegetable-and-spice seasoning, cooked in 3-10 minutes on the stovetop.
Buyer's guide
- Check whether the noodle cake is fried or air-dried: ours is boiled fresh, not a pre-fried block, which keeps fat content down.
- Look at the tastemaker ingredient list — ours lists dehydrated vegetables and named spices, not 'flavour enhancers' (a common MSG euphemism).
- For fully gluten-free options, our khichdi and upma mixes (jowar/ragi/bajra/rice) qualify; the noodle range contains wheat flour alongside millet flour.
- These reheat and travel well for lunchboxes and desk meals — a practical swap for instant cup noodles.
